At Mixale Wholesale, our goal is to provide reliable and high-value wholesale products to Amazon, Walmart and TikTok sellers. We understand that plans can change, so we offer a straightforward refund policy to support your business needs.

Refund Eligibility

• Full Refund – 100%
  Customers are eligible for a full refund if the refund request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Partial Refund – 60%
  If a refund request is made after 24 hours of order placement, a 60% refund will be issued. The remaining 40% is retained to cover inventory handling, processing, and administrative costs.

• Refunds are not guaranteed once an order has been processed for shipping or has already been dispatched.

• Custom, clearance, or promotional items may not be eligible for refund unless otherwise specified.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
